Kaiseki dining represents the most formal expression of Japanese hospitality – a style of dining traditionally reserved for meaningful occasions and shared moments.
At Sushi Kappo, our Kaiseki Private Dining Room offers a refined yet relaxed interpretation of this tradition. Designed for intimate groups, the experience is guest-led, allowing the pace of the meal to unfold naturally while being quietly guided by our service team.
The menu reflects the same philosophy as Sushi Kappo – seasonality, balance, and wellbeing — presented as a more petite multi-course progression, thoughtfully suited to group dining. Expect approximately seven courses, prepared with seasonal ingredients and paired with beverage selections available by the glass or bottle.
